1. Double check the multi company. I setup a demo for Doug and it failed. Process:
Login as Demo
Create new company
Create new user and place into company and administrator group
Login as new user to create more users and set permissions
I cannot test logging in permissions until fixed.
Should be working now
2. Search does not work very well. Should return list, or info panel with none found.
now searches for first name, last name, company and returns info panel if not found
3. Country list is empty
4. When clicking new please set focus on the Company.
5. Last results should show the last note.
6. The email screen has no outline. Should say Send at the bottom.
7. Sending the email should refresh the screen so the note shows.
8. The CC did not get the email.
9. The calendar should have more info on the flyovers.
10. Double check sharing contacts. When I changed user to Doug (which should not show bnecause he is a differnt company) Debbies record went there.
11. Where do I see what group the contact is in?
In the contact detail page - on the right hand side there is a Contact Groups box that show the list of groups and can be managed by clicking on Assign Contacts to Groups
12. Make sure the group list and search list can print.
13. Help needs to be complete.
14. Would be nice if we could do the Tasks like Outlooks with no reminders.
15. Edit Appointments goes to the wrong screen.
16. Select different user does not show on the first screen.
17. Make sure administrative items do not show for general users.
18. Sorting on Group and list views would be nice.
