To monitor connections made to any one of your products used by your clients.

As administrator, you can view a log of user connections to any one of your products that a client has purchased. Make the menu selection
Administration→Connection Logs from the main menu bar.

1. Select a Product from the pull-down menu that you wish to see a connection log for. Note that this list contains all the products that have entries under Administration→Products.
2. The Domain field will be updated with a pull-down menu that contains all the domains that execute the selected product.
3. The page will also be updated to display a list of all the licensed copies of this product.

You will see the following information for each user connection listed:
1. Product: This is the product that you chose from the pull-down menu.
2. Domain: To delete all connections for a specific domain using the selected product, select a domain name from the Domain pull-down menu. Note that this list contains all the domains for which licenses were created under Administration→Licenses. Once a domain is selected, click on the DELETE button next to the input field.
3. Company: This is the client that owns the licensed product.
4. Domain: This is the domain on which the product is being executed.
5. Client Info: This is information regarding the system executing the product.
6. Created: This is the date and time that a connection was attempted to the product.
7. Message: This is a message regarding the attempted connection. It includes the account name of the user that attempted to log on to the product.
Click on the
PREV and
NEXT buttons to page through the list of connections. Or, to go to a specific page, click on the down arrow to select a page number from the pull-down menu.
