EditOverview
Once you schedule an event, the event can be seen in various places:
- View the date of the scheduled event through any of the calendar pages, either by Month, Week, or Day. Refer to the section "Calendars" for more information on this topic.
- View the contacts page for the contact that the event is scheduled for; you will see the event under the Notes/History tab. Refer to the section "Contacts - Notes and History" for more information on this topic.
- View the contacts page for the contact that the event is scheduled for; if the event has not yet occurred, it is listed under the Future Activities tab. Refer to the section "Contacts - Future Activities" for more information on this topic.
A few minutes before the scheduled event, a reminder will appear if you are running the SalesdeskSuite application:

Click on the “x” to close the reminder pop-up window; another reminder will appear until you click on “Dismiss”, which will close the pop-up window and turn off any future reminders regarding this event.
