SalesdeskSuite provides the ability to export your groups list information on a specific group to a spreadsheet in Excel (.xls) format. To view your list of groups, make the menu selection
Contacts→Contact Groups from the main menu bar.

1. Select what information to export onto the spreadsheet by clicking on the name of a group on the Groups page.
2. The Group Details page will appear. Click on the
EXPORT GROUPS button to the right of the page.

3. To open the Excel application in order to view the spreadsheet, click on the
Open button and the Excel application will be invoked to display either the groups list or group information. From here you can view, save, or print the information.
4. To save the list or information into a .xls file, click on the
Save button and the File Selection window will appear where you will be prompted for a file name.
