To import contact information from either an Excel spreadsheet (.xls) or .PDF file into the SalesdeskSuite database.

SalesdeskSuite provides a feature where, if you have contact information in an Excel spreadsheet or .PDF file, you can import that data rather than manually enter it into SalesdeskSuite.
To view a list of your contacts currently in the SalesdeskSuite database, make the menu selection
Contacts⇒Contact List from the main menu bar.
1. To import contact information, click on the link
More Tools to view additional buttons to the right of the Contacts page. Then click on the
IMPORT CONTACTS button while viewing the contact list or information of a specific contact. The Import Contacts page will appear:

2. Enter the file name from which to import data or click on the
Browse button to bring up the file selection window. From here, select a file on your computer or network to import data from.
3. Click on the
SAVE button to import the contact information into the SalesdeskSuite database.
